AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS
The auction will be held at the Harrisburg International Airport in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The site is the former long-term parking lot for the airport. From I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike), take Exit 247, and then take an immediate right turn onto Pennsylvania Route 283 East. Take the Airport Connector Exit, then take the Route 230 Exit. Turn left and proceed 1/2 mile to the entrance to the Auction Site on the left. Map

 AUCTIONEER'S NOTE
This ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION includes equipment from several fleet owners and owner/operators who are selling equipment as a part of their replacement programs or in order to reduce the size of their operations. This auction offers an excellent opportunity to purchase a wide variety of well-maintained truck tractors, trucks, and trailers. Maintenance histories will be posted on vehicles when provided by owners.

INSPECTION OF EQUIPMENT
Inspection of equipment during daylight hours may begin on Monday, August 16 through auction day on August 19.

TERMS
Complete payment is due the day of the auction by cash or certified checks. Personal or company checks are accepted IF accompanied by a bank letter stating that "The check will be honored on presentation" or that the bank "guarantees the check". All checks are made payable to US Auctioneers, Inc.  In addition, first time buyers must provide a letter of recognition from their banker prior to registering, specifically authorizing U.S. Auctioneers to contact their banker in reference to their ability to pay for purchases. 

All buyers intending on paying for their purchases in cash are required to make a $1000 deposit in order to register for the auction.

No Buyer's Premium will be added! All purchases are subject to verification with your financial institution. Immediate possession of equipment upon proper settlement. Picture ID required. Titles will be mailed. No Title Fee will be charged!

POSSESSION OF EQUIPMENT
Immediate possession of equipment upon proper settlement only as noted above! Personal or company checks NOT accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment must be verified and all wire transfers received before possession of equipment will be given!

ABSOLUTE AUCTION
All equipment is sold "as is, where is". All equipment is sold to the highest bidder with no bid-ins or reserves. The condition of the equipment is expressed by the owners and no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. The buyer will be required to pay for purchases regardless of their faults. This list of equipment is subject to additions and deletions and is only a guide to the equipment listed on the auction. Announcements made the day of the auction will take precedence over any printed or electronic material.

ORDER OF SALE
Truck tractors will be sold first followed by straight trucks and miscellaneous vehicles. Trailers will be sold last.

ABSENTEE & CELLULAR BIDDING
Absentee & Cellular bidding will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will be done by fax machine and must be completed by 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, August 18.

ONLINE BIDDING
Online Bidding is available thru EquipmentFacts. To register and bid online vist www.equipmentfacts.com. MAKE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY! All required deposits and bank letters of guarantee must be received by 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, August 17.
